The overhead beater with elastic cords allows for even beating. The loom provides a wide and even weaving shed. The Levers are within easy reach allowing for comfortable weaving. Each shaft can be easily lifted independently enabling a wide variety of patterns to be woven. The durable plastic ratchet brakes allow for easy warp advance. The solid New Zealand beech hardwood and veneer plywood make for long lasting good looks. Non slip rubber feet give extra stability. A Swedish 10 dpi stainless steel reed and lightweight Texsolv heddles are included. Plus there are a wide range of options and accessories available. Ashford looms are made in Ashburton, New Zealand.
